Dries Van Noten showed its collection today in Paris. Despite the line's Belgian background, Van Noten was inspired by the Wild Wacky West of the United States -- in particular Las
Vegas and its famed "Circus Circus" Casino.
I practically grew up at this dive casino that catered to the
kids of gambling parents (not saying my parents gambled ...) I think my sister even made out with a
worker there!
How did this dive casino make its way onto the Paris runway? Perhaps we'll soon see the Eiffel Tower adopt the blinking lights of the Strip.
No matter the influence, I've gotta nab one of these
pieces for Spring. Who's with me?
